Pricing

Priced per fleet, not per seat.

Scope is agreed once and priced once. There is no seat count to grow into and no renewal to be repriced at.

The shape of it

You buy it once. It stays yours.

A SUBSCRIPTION

Runs for as long as you keep paying.

The working record inside it is only yours while you do, and the price is renegotiated on their timetable rather than yours.

THIS

One implementation, then upkeep.

The system is yours and so is everything in it. What you pay afterwards covers upkeep. Hosting, support and changes, not access.

What it costs

01 · ESTIMATOR

The estimate sheet, on its own.

Implementation from [£X], then [£X]/year upkeep. Unlimited users on the desk. Connects to the record you already keep.

02 · VOYAGE MANAGER

The record and the cash view.

Implementation from [£X], then [£X]/year upkeep, scaled to vessels under management rather than headcount.

03 · BOTH

The whole record, estimate to close.

Implementation from [£X] over [X] weeks, then [£X]/year. This is where most people end up, and it is not where anyone has to start.

A “run your last fixture” call is free and takes thirty minutes.

How to judge it

Set it against what you are replacing.

The number only means anything next to your current licence, its renewal curve and the seats you are about to add. One recent client will not spend [$1.1m] over five years, set against an all-in-one system covering the same ground. That figure is theirs, not a projection for you.

Yours depends on what you pay now and how much of this you take, which is a short conversation and fastest with your own figures in front of us.

Bring the invoice and a fixture.

Thirty minutes with your own numbers settles the price question faster than any proposal. We build the fixture in front of you first.
