A chartering desk gets hundreds of cargo offers and position lists a day, as free text. Someone reads them and retypes the useful ones. This is the part of the day nobody has ever had time to fix.
Mail Analyser will connect to the desk’s own mail account and pull the stem, quantity, load and discharge ports, laycan and rate idea out of each offer. What it finds goes to Estimator as a started estimate, with the original email attached, so nothing is taken on trust and anything it misread is one click from the source.
It is not built yet, and there is no date. It is on this page because the desks we have shown it to asked for it first, and because knowing what is coming is part of deciding whether to move.
